Orders can be placed online at any time at www.ikrisjewellery.com. If you have any questions regarding placing orders online, you may contact our representative at email@example.com.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through your PayPal account.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Most of our online orders are orders made for the customer. We do not accept returns.
In case of any size change for your rings, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We strongly recommend that you confirm the appropriate ring sizes prior to placing your order online. Please check the "Ring Size Guide" for international ring sizes.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchased item(s), please email us within 7 days of receiving your package at email@example.com with your reason. If the reason is accepted, you will be able to exchange one time for other product(s) for the same or higher price. We only accept exchanges for all new and unused jewellery with original packaging in perfect condition. Jewellery that has been worn and altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange. All prior shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with any return and exchange and we recommend that you insure any shipments for the jewellery.
All items on sale are FINAL. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Delivery areas
All IKRIS products are available for worldwide shipping.
2. Delivery time
The in-stock items will be shipped immediately within 1 to 4 days after the order is confirmed. If an item is not in stock, it will usually take about 2 to 4 weeks for production and shipping. Please note that when there is a high volume of orders during holiday seasons, it may take more than 4 weeks. Expedited shipping may be available for additional fees.
3. Delivery service
Delivery service providers will be used according to the delivery area, which will be SF Express (Local and Macau) and Fedex / Hongkong Post (part of overseas).
You can choose to pick up at SF Station and SF Express Service Center. When the order arrives at the pick-up location, SF Express will send a mobile phone message to you or notify the pickup by phone. When picking up the parcel at the SF Station or the service center, you must present the confirmation message sent by SF Express, and you can pick up the item after the SF Express personnel checks the recipient's information.
4. Tracking orders
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please log in to the courier company's website to check the delivery progress by tracking number.
Free shipping to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau or other Asian countries.
Shipping to overseas with any purchase requires a HK$250 shipping charge
Please note that our shipping price does not include international duties and taxes. These will be paid separately by the receiver.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES / TAXES
All orders shipped will be on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you will be responsible for all relevant import taxes, duties or other fees associated with international shipments. These fees are not included in the final purchase price.
Each shipping destination's customs may have different rules and regulations on taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs office for question and charges. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our customer service.
